Members of the public are welcome to speak to the Council during the public session and then stay to listen to the remainder of the meeting. Follow the links to the Parish Council, Agendas/Minutes page and click on the Agenda link to download the agenda. The agenda is published 3 clear days before the meeting. Draft minutes are posted 7 days after the meeting and approved minutes are posted once approved by the Council
The May meeting is the AGM and Parish Assembly (starts at 6.30pm) which is the residents opportunity to talk to the Parish Council about any matters that concern the Village.
Your local Borough and County Councillors normally attend as well, so if you have any questions or wish to share information with them, come along.

Whilst the Parish Council closely monitors the condition of roads and pavements around the village, Residents can also report issues to Gloucestershire Highways https://www.fixmystreet.com/
- Flood Information: Reminder to Residents
Now is a good time to prepare for any bad weather over the winter. Vulnerable residents can contact Tewkesbury Borough Council to request sand bags be delivered. For other residents whose property may be susceptible to flooding, please ensure that you have
suitable protection for your property. The Borough or Parish Council are unable to provide sand bags to protect individual properties in the village.
